HCS demonstrates a commitment to evidence-based, client-focused service within a model that allows S-LP independence and promotes job satisfaction. We provide S-LPs with intensive clinical and administrative support, assessment and treatment tools, detailed policies and procedures, state of the art capability for point-of-care assessment and charting, and educational and networking opportunities. Our agency is currently seeking a qualified individual:
1. Speech-Language Pathologist (1 casual overflow) to work in the Greater Toronto area under subcontract to the Central and to the Toronto Central Community Care Access Centres for adult clients with dysphagia and/or communication impairments in the home or long term care home setting. Casual overflow contract available. Clinical experience with adult population preferred. Opportunities to service other geographic areas (Durham region, Peel region) and/or sectors may be available. Note: Central CCAC includes Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Keswick, etc.
